The neurodiversity affirming approach
Our coaching practice honours the unique experiences and perspectives of neurodivergent (ND) individuals. We help clients utilize strengths and talents to navigate challenges and achieve goals - creating a more peaceful environment where ND folks can flourish. We specialize in the later-diagnosed and high-making autistic experience, with particular interest and focus on demand avoidance and persistent drive for autonomy (pathological demand avoidance).
Providing you with an affirming coach - you will feel valued and understood
We are here to validate your experiences and help you achieve your goals. You deserve to thrive in a peaceful environment, and we can help you get there.
In-person and remote options
We are located in London, Ontario. We offer remote sessions for those who prefer it.
Want to book us for a speaking event? We can accommodate reasonable travel distances or join online events. Reach out and let us know of your requests.
A paradigm shift in the way we understand and support neurodivergent people
We understand how difficult it can be to access information on supporting our ND loved ones, in a manner that allows them to be their authentic selves - while also helping them to thrive in today’s society.
There are unique challenges we face as parents to neurodivergent children, and even moreso if we are ND ourselves. Many traditional methods of parenting or caring for ND loved ones can feel so wrong, and the advice we encounter often seems to stifle ND traits and force compliance. If you feel like there must be a better way - we see you. We are here to help you achieve a peaceful balance - learn how to nurture the ND authentic identity, and navigate the world around you.
“I am a better mother (and human) because of Katrina’s support! Countless times I have reached out overwhelmed and lost on how to navigate parenting as someone who experiences challenges with my own neurodivergency.”
